We do not offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges. Why no returns? We print all of our orders after you place your order. Therefore, each order is customized specifically for you! Due to our minimum on hand inventory of printed designs, our goal is to minimize our finished goods inventory. We appreciate your understanding and please contact us down below if you have any questions.
Exchange Policy
Do your shoes, shirts, etc. not fit? We accept exchanges for a different size. We hope the second time around is a step in the right direction and a perfect fit!
We accept items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered purchased directly from Creative Souls that are received by us within 30 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our facility in Illinois.

Shipping Policy
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. However, we will pay for shipping the new product back to you.
