HOW DID CREATIVE SOULS BEGIN?

We have an interesting story! Visit our story under about to learn all about it. Creative Souls started as a small idea in a Social Entrepreneurship class. The idea was that artist would hand paint on shoes and be paid when their product sold. We realized we could not make as big of an impact because people could not get the design they wanted on the shoes size they needed. This resulted in Creative Souls looking for a bigger and better option. Officially, Creative Souls has a direct to garment printer that allows us to take a sketch from a sheet of paper and print it right onto shoes, shirts, and more! Artists from all over the world can send us a sketch, have their designs printed on products, and be paid for it when their products sell. We are making an impact with people who have a disability one ‘Creative Soul’ at a time! Read more about our story here.

CAN I BECOME A VOLUNTEER?

As of now, we are not taking any volunteers. However, we plan to in the future! If you have any suggestions or questions please email Drew@Becreativesouls.com

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our orders will be completed within in 3-5 days and shipped via USPS First Class (3-5 days).

Transparency is important to us. We will do everything in our power to avoid a delays. However, we are a small business that does all of our printing and fulfillment in-house. If our printer malfunctions or needs a part replacement, there can be delays. We will contact our customers to notify of any delays in your order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIRTS MADE OUT OF?

We recently made the decision to switch to 100% Organic Supima Cotton shirts. Round neck, short sleeve tee with conventional fit. Good for guys and gals.

DO YOUR SHIRTS SHRINK?

Yes, the shirts we are using do shrink as they are made out of 100% cotton. Shirts fit as expected. We suggest buying one size up to allow for shrinkage if you are worried about this.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO WASH YOUR SHIRT?

Wash in cold water.

Wash inside out like any other shirt.

Tumble dry low heat or hang dry.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Currently, we are only shipping in the United States. We will announce on social media when we are shipping outside the country.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered purchased directly from Creative Souls that are received by us within 30 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our facility in Illinois.

Items marked "Final Sale" are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

If we receive your return within 30 days, you can choose to receive your refund to your original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Email Support@becreativesouls.com for any questions.

ARE YOU A NON-PROFIT?

No, Creative Souls is a small for-profit company with a big social mission. Our goal is to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to earn money whether it is through our artists program or being a future employee that helps with printing, packaging, shipping, etc. We believe that providing a real valuable opportunity for an individual with a disability to be involved with a business is one of many ways that we are giving each person an equal opportunity that everyone deserves. With that said, we have a social mission to impact individuals with disabilities. This is not taken lightly and we will make it our goal to make as big as a difference in society as possible. We have been asked why we are not a non-profit many times. Also, told that we would get many donations because of our mission. Creative Souls wants to prove that everyone has an ability. We want our products to do the talking. The story behind the products are all interesting because everyone creating them has different abilities. Their different abilities does not make them any lesser than anyone else in the world. That’s our reasoning and we are sticking with it because we plan to make an impact with people who have a disability one ‘Creative Soul’ at a time!
